Prepare
  • Materials: Computer or mobile device, Gmail account.
Apply
  • Open Google Apps (the 9 dots) and click the Google Drive icon.
  • All your created and uploaded files and folders are organized here.
  • Use the search bar at the top to find files by name.
  • Click tabs on the left, like Recent or Starred, to locate files.
  • Check “Shared with Me” to see files and folders shared by others.
  • Folders: Click New (top-left) and choose Folder.
  • Files: Click New and pick the type of file, like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Forms.
