Use a shared Google Doc with classmates to make note-taking easier and not miss information.
Prepare
- Materials: Computer or mobile device, Gmail account
Apply
Set Up the Google Doc:
- Create a new Google Doc or open an existing one.
- Click “Share” in the top right corner.
- Set access: choose “anyone with the link can edit.”
- Share the link with classmates.
Use Helpful Features:
- Commenting: Give feedback or ask questions without changing the main text.
- Suggesting: Switch from Editing to Suggesting to make safe edits.
Work with Peers:
- Decide who will take notes for each part of the lesson.
- Collaborate to make complete and organized notes.
